Shipping

Orders are filled and shipped on a weekly basis. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order. We will notify you if any items are back-ordered.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. Orders submitted with an incorrect shipping address will not be refunded.

Return Policy

Materials damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge. Please return the damaged material and we will send you a new set and a refund for your postage.

If you are dissatisfied with a material for any reason, or if something was purchased in error, we will accept returns and will refund the cost of the material. Exception: Masters sets, which are easily copied, will not be accepted for return or refund.
